Local Delivery Policy

At Kaze Grain House, we currently offer local delivery within Northern Virginia. We are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery service to our local customers.

Delivery Options and Fees:

• Standard Local Delivery: We offer standard local delivery for a flat rate of $8.99.

• Free Local Delivery: Orders totaling $29 or more qualify for free local delivery.

Delivery Schedule:

• We typically deliver within 3 business day(s) of order placement. 

• Orders placed before 12noon will generally be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12:01pm will be processed the next business day and delivered the following business day.

• We will contact you via Phone/Email/Text to confirm your delivery time window.

Pre-Order Items:

• For pre-order items, we offer next-day delivery once the product becomes available. The estimated availability date will be clearly stated on the product page.

• You will receive a notification when your pre-order item is ready for delivery.

Delivery Area:

• We currently deliver within Arlington County, Fall Church, Fairfax County, Loudoun County & Price William. Please contact us if you are unsure if you are within our delivery zone.

Delivery Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your order has been delivered.

Delivery Issues:

• If you are not available to receive your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

• If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes:

• We are currently only offering local delivery. We do not ship outside of our designated delivery area at this time.

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
